Effortless Mindfulness
Rev. Chris has recently completed a one-year intensive course in Effortless Mindfulness, and he has received certification as an Effortless Mindfulness Facilitator.
Based on ancient Tibetan Buddhist teachings, these practices have been developed by contemporary Buddhist scholar, author, and psychotherapist Loch Kelly. They are particularly helpful to those who find it difficult to meditate, or those ready to try a new way of living from open-hearted awareness.
